All fees displayed are inclusive of Japanese consumption taxes.
In addition to the fees that are displayed, there may be situations where you are required to pay separate handling fees.
We will notify you separately when any additional handling fees may occur.
We also ask you for a separate payment regarding things such as on site transportation costs, highway tolls, gasoline prices, admission fees (entrance fees), extension fees, early withdrawal fees, and any other additional fees added on the day.

予約申し込みについては決済完了後。管理画面よりご自身で予約ページのダウンロードを行って下さい。
パソコンで紙チケットとして、またはスマートフォンで証明としてご利用頂けます。

Details about reservations will be made available after the payment is settled. Please visit the reservation download page found on the management window yourself.
You may print out a paper ticket from your laptop or use your smartphone as a means of verification.

　返金対応について | About refund

依頼者の都合による、決済後のキャンセル・返金は原則できません。

Generally speaking, cancellations made due to the client's circumstances will not be eligible for a refund after payment has been settled.

出演者であるパフォーマーの都合による、キャンセル及び変更についてはパフォーマーの了解が得られた場合、変更及び全額返金・一部返金の対応をする場合があります。

However, cancellations or changes made due to the performer's circumstances or with the performer's permission may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
